WHAT IS NOVUS?

The Novus Forum is a collective, an exhibition, and a movement. We are “The New Marketplace.”

During our trade show dates, designers are connected to boutique and department store buyers, brand visibility is increased, and relationships amongst the fashion community are built. Our international membership includes luxury womenswear and accessory designers, both emerging and established.

Occurring during the peak of the fashion calendar—between NYFW and Market Week—traffic and visibility are delivered as our group attracts the attention of retail buyers, private clientele, multimedia influencers, and press. Join us as we continue to build New York City's leading fashion destination. We are stronger together.

WHAT DO WE BELIEVE?

At Novus, we value camaraderie over competition and intimate shopping experiences over impersonal ones. As a collective, we are all implicated in the growth of each another. Thus, we are active in promoting collective success for all who exhibit and attend. The Novus Forum exists to bridge global cultural specialists of all nationalities, generations, and disciplines.

Each member is promoted through pre- and post- show marketing, exhibition design, and buyers relations. We believe that all designers deserve the opportunity to exhibit their work in a cost effective manner, without sacrificing a beautiful show environment. Thus our inviting hospitality, seasonal event booklets, sun-bathed venue, and modern interior presents each collection with sophistication and care.

OUR TEAM

The Novus Forum team works year-round to support our designers and keep our guests updated on collection developments. Our promotional material introduces designers to retailers, and we work to support each exhibitor’s sales strategy. Although we do not schedule individual appointments for designers, we act as liaisons between retailers and sales teams. Visual content is produced throughout the duration of the show, capturing the excitement of the event for future email promotion, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship outreach.

Novus offers one of the best showcase rates in the industry. We assist in increasing brand visibility by strategically placing each collection in a way that encourages foot traffic. By coordinating all equipment orders and deliveries, we provide an efficient showroom installation. The Novus Forum team organizes the productive show experience needed to optimize business and exposure. We handle the logistics, while designers take care of what’s the most important—their collections!

WHO SHOWS WITH NOVUS?

Novus is the ideal showcase for designers who are seeking to enter the US luxury market and those who are looking to acquire new sales accounts.

We feature a range of specialty clothiers: evening, sportswear, contemporary, RTW, couture, and accessory designers. Our exhibition highlights the timeless quality of established brands as well as the excitement of emerging designers. Each design house is curated and strategically placed in our venue—grouped by price point and category. We prioritize diversity in our list of exhibitors, in order to fulfill the many purchasing needs and sensibilities of our stores. The Novus Forum is New York’s one-stop shop for all things luxury.
